As Thanksgiving approaches, we are reminded simple gratitude is key to achieving a healthy outlook on life. Join Dr. Victoria Bailey for her one-day health and wellness retreat, A Journey to Gratitude, in the gorgeous, rolling countryside of Giles County on Saturday, November 2nd from 9:00 to 5:00.

Spend the day relaxing in nature at Wolf Gap Nature Preserve with a full program of multiple yoga and mindfulness sessions along with nature hikes and wellness lectures. No matter what journey you are on in life, learning tools to fully embrace gratitude can make it richer, fuller, and more fulfilling. Join us on A Journey to Gratitude this November.

Early bird pricing is $75 till Oct. 25th, but please keep in mind space is limited. Register now to ensure your spot.

What to bring: Journal or notebook and a pen/pencil, Yoga mat, blanket and pillow, along with any additional padding you may need. Lunch is included, but please feel welcome to bring your own snacks. Nature walks are on uneven and grassy terrain. Please bring appropriate footwear and as this will be an outdoor event dress for the weather including layers, jacket, hats, gloves, etc as appropriate for the forecast.
